It's 2015 and VMware tools break VMs if you use two browser tabs

It's 2015 and VMware tools break VMs if you use two browser tabs:

VMware has revealed some errors in their products vRealize Automation.

Hard drives are caused to disappear. Detailed here, the impact of defects Automation vRealize 6.x means "hard drives are unexpectedly deleted when reconfiguring a virtual machine with RDM disks." Obviously, this is a bad idea because the data of hard drives that store VM probably need!

There is no solution for the problem at the time of writing, but work on VMware.

Another technical problem vRealize automation also means that "when a workflow reconfigureVM running in a virtual machine to reduce the number of processors, hard disks and network interface cards are also deleted." This is a true palmer face, and what happens when you have the vRealize automation to more than one browser tab or window.

"To avoid this problem," VMware advises, "do not connect to the automation of VMware vRealize with more than one browser tab or browser window." ®
